Buying glass bottles from us is simple, transparent, and customer-friendly. Here’s how it works, step by step:

Browse & Select Products

  • Explore our catalog of glass bottles, jars, and containers, arranged by category (cosmetics, food, beverage, etc.).

  • Use filters (size, capacity, design, color) to narrow down your options.

  • Click on a product to view detailed information: capacity, dimensions, images, material, and price.

Add to Cart & Review

  • Once you find a product you like, select quantity and click “Add to Cart.”

  • Continue shopping, or proceed to view your cart.

  • In the cart, you can adjust quantities, remove items, or add more products.

  • Review the subtotal, estimated delivery charges, and any applicable taxes before checkout.

Checkout & Payment

  • Click “Checkout”. You’ll be asked to provide:
      • Delivery address
      • Contact information (name, phone, email)
      • Payment method

  • Choose your payment option (bank transfer, or others as available).

  • Confirm your order. Once payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Order Processing

  • Our team receives your order and verifies stock availability.

  • If everything is in stock and correct, we begin packaging your items securely.

  • If any issue arises (e.g. stock shortage, discrepancy), we’ll contact you immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch your order via trusted courier partners right across Sri Lanka.

  • You will receive tracking information (if available), so you can monitor delivery status.

  • Typical delivery takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location and courier timelines.

  • On delivery, inspect your items. If you find any damage or defects, report immediately (see Return Policy).

Returns, Replacements & Support

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us (with photos) within [24–48 hours].

  • We will offer a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
