Welcome to GlassBottles.LK (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website glassbottles.lk, including all content, services, and products offered (collectively, the “Service”). By using our Service or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Definitions & Interpretation

  • User / You / Customer: Any person accessing or using the Service, or making a purchase.

  • Order: A purchase request placed by you via our website.

  • Product(s): Glass bottles, jars, or related items offered for sale on our site.

  • Website / Site: The domain glassbottles.lk and all pages and services under it.

  • Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

Orders, Acceptance & Contract Formation

  • When you place an Order, you are making an offer to purchase.

  • We may accept or reject the Order in whole or in part. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation (by email or through the website) or when we dispatch your items.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any Order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspicion of fraud.

  • Prices, availability, and specifications of products may change without notice, and we are not obligated to honour orders placed for items no longer available.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices not include delivery charges

  • We accept payment methods as listed on the website (bank transfer, or other local payment solutions).

  • Payment is due at the time of placing the order (unless otherwise arranged).

  • You agree to provide accurate payment information. If a payment fails, we may refuse or cancel your Order.

Delivery & Shipping

  • We deliver island-wide in Sri Lanka, using trusted courier partners (or designated delivery methods).

  • Estimated delivery time will be provided during checkout; this is an estimate only and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery.

  • If you fail to accept delivery or give access, we may charge you for re-delivery or cancellation costs.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (or Refunds FAQ) for detailed rules — this can be a separate linked policy.

  • You may cancel your Order before it is dispatched; once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

  • In case of damaged or defective items on delivery, notify us within [e.g. 24–48 hours] with photographic evidence. We may offer a replacement or refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy conditions (e.g. used, broken, or missing parts).

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site — text, images, logos, graphics — is owned or licensed by us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with policies referenced herein, such as our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy) constitute the full agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
